It’s very fast to do. Simply click “yes”, “maybe” or “no” on the questionnaire to respond to each and the results will be displayed on a graph like the one shown below, which rates your leadership skills against 18 different characteristics.
When you complete the questionnaire and 5 supplement questions, a graph of your leadership profile will be shown to you immediately in your web browser.
While the graph shows 18 different characteristics of your leadership skills, it’s the interrelationship of these points which provides additional layers of insight visible only to the skilled evaluator.
